COTTAGE:

Summer Rates Apr - Sep

* $875 per week based on double occupancy
* $50 per week per extra person/child
* $140 per night based on double occupancy
* $20 per night per extra person/child

Winter Rates Oct - Mar

* $750 per week based on double occupancy
* $50 per week per extra person/child
* $125 per night based on double occupancy
* $20 per night per extra person/child

LOFT:

Summer Rates

* $775 per week based on double occupancy
* $125 per night based on double occupancy

Our Winter Rates are as follows:

* $650 per week based on double occupancy
* $110 per night based on double occupancy

Breakfast Baskets available with muffins/bread, preserves, yogurt, fruit, granola, juice, coffee or tea. If you wish we will supply farm fresh eggs for you to cook yourself.
Cost $15 per person / $25 per couple.

During peak season (July & August) we book the cottage by the week and we will consider shorter bookings to fill vacant dates. Minimum 2 nights. Off season rates are for October to March excluding long weekends and holidays (ie Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving and Easter).

A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. Deposits on bookings cancelled prior to 2 weeks(1 month during July and August) of arrival are refunded minus a $50 administration fee and deposits are forfeited on any bookings cancelled within 2 weeks (1 month during July and August) of arrival date.

* Monthly rates are negotiable.
