The Huckleberry Cottage and Carriage House property, while only minutes from amenities and recreation areas, backs on to crown forests and is on a quiet Roberts Creek street. The cottage sits back at the end of the property for privacy, and an outdoor patio is great for lounging, with an adjacent fire pit for relaxing evenings spring through fall. In the winter the woodburning stove and gas heat create a comfy and peaceful home base. The Carriage House is only available May-September.

Though the property is nestled in the woods, Henderson Beach is just a short walk away, and both the Cottage and the Carriage House have been designed to be bright and spacious, with plenty of room to relax, and great natural lighting augmented in the winter season with warm floor and overhead lighting. Read a book, watch a movie, wander in the forest and in winter cozy up to the fireplace for a truly relaxing getaway.

In 1994, timber was selectively harvested and milled to create Huckleberry Cottage & Carriage House, a peaceful retreat in a natural setting. The self-contained, private cottage exemplifies quality and craftsmanship, with lofty ceilings and rich wood through-out. Its windows afford views of cedar forest, while original works by local artists add charm and serenity.

This beautiful country cabin is just a short walk away from Henderson Beach, and backs on to forested property with plenty of privacy to surround you. The kitchen looks out on to the gardens of Huckleberry Cottage and you may see hummingbirds, owls, deer and Emma, our ambassador Golden Retriever.
